This project, started by Three Rivers Creative Arts (www.3riverscreative.com) is a repository for 100% free to use images for commercial or non-commercial purposes. About the name: “Foreign Tourists” is a play on the old joke that tourists seems to take pictures of anything and everything. That’s the plan, to provide shots of just about everything. All images are categorized into albums for easy searching. Anyone can use images and people are encouraged to submit some of their own.
There are only a few rules when it comes to adding images:
1. Photos must be the original work of the submitting party.
2. The submitting party/photographer agrees to release all images on this site from any licensing restrictions. However, he or she can provide a link or watermark for promotional purposes.
3. All images must be “Safe For Work” in nature.
